This is implant bridgework replacing the failed natural teeth. This was done in two phases to keep the patient out of a temporary removable partial denture. Some of the natural teeth were kept until the implants were integrated to the bone for a fixed temporary bridge. The final implant porcelain bridges (two separate in the middle) are much stronger and more aesthetic.
