This is 71 year old male that required extraction of lower left second molar.
New porcelain and implants to fill in the blank spots. Emax porcelain is a super strong, natural looking, and can be fit precisely to the tooth.
We wanted to scrap all his teeth and do “teeth in a day” type immediate denture bridge fixation. The patient requested saving as many teeth as possible.
This is implant bridgework replacing the failed natural teeth.
This is a case where heroic work on the teeth is fruitless.
